The result resembles aged silverwork or antique pewter. The Silver Thread (сребърна нишка / sreburna nishka) sub-type adds a fine embedded silver-thread groove to the bead surface — this creates an additional linear silver channel running alongside the overall silver wash, giving extra depth and a distinctly hand-crafted silverwork quality.
