Hotfix Resin Rhinestones Wholesale — Heat Apply Crystal Beads

Bijuland — a wholesale bead and craft supplier based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria — stocks hotfix resin rhinestones (топло лепене — toplo lepene): flat-back resin crystal rhinestone elements with a heat-activated thermoplastic adhesive pre-applied to the back — applied to fabric and other heat-tolerant surfaces using a hotfix applicator tool or household iron, which melts the adhesive and bonds the rhinestone permanently to the surface. The standard method for rhinestone decoration of dancewear, costume, and fashion garments. Available in multiple sizes, colours, and finishes. Bijuland ships from Plovdiv and serves costume makers, dancewear producers, and craft supply resellers across Bulgaria and Europe.

Bijuland is a wholesale bead and craft materials supplier based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The Hotfix Resin Rhinestones category (топло лепене — toplo lepene) covers heat-apply flat-back crystal rhinestones for fabric decoration — used in dancewear, costume, and fashion garment embellishment. Wholesale and retail purchase available, with shipping across Bulgaria and Europe.

What are hotfix resin rhinestones and how do they work?

Hotfix resin rhinestones (топло лепене — toplo lepene, literally "hot bonding") are flat-back faceted resin crystal rhinestone elements with a thermoplastic hot-melt adhesive pre-applied to the flat back. At room temperature the adhesive is solid and inactive — the rhinestone can be handled, sorted, and positioned freely. When heat is applied from above using a hotfix applicator wand (a pen-shaped tool with a heated tip sized to the rhinestone diameter) or a household iron with a pressing cloth, the thermoplastic adhesive melts and flows into the fabric fibres, then re-solidifies as it cools, creating a strong, permanent bond between the rhinestone and the fabric surface. The hotfix method is significantly faster than sewing individual rhinestones by hand and more durable than pressure-sensitive adhesive — the heat-activated bond penetrates the fabric fibres and cannot be peeled off without damaging the fabric. Hotfix resin rhinestones are available in the standard rhinestone size range — SS6 (approximately 2mm) through SS30 (approximately 6–7mm) using the standard stone size (SS) notation — in crystal clear, aurora borealis (AB) iridescent, and a full colour range. The resin material in hotfix rhinestones provides strong light refraction and sparkle at a lower cost than Swarovski or glass hotfix stones.

How are hotfix rhinestones applied and where are they used?

Hotfix rhinestones are applied using one of two methods: a dedicated hotfix applicator wand — a pen tool with interchangeable heated tips sized to each rhinestone size, which is touched to the top of the rhinestone for 5–10 seconds to melt the adhesive and bond it to the fabric; or a household iron used with a rhinestone transfer sheet or pressing cloth, pressing heat from above over the positioned rhinestones. The most common uses are in dancewear and performance costume — competitive dance, ballroom, figure skating, and gymnastics costumes where rhinestone decoration is standard and the hotfix bond must withstand the mechanical stress of performance; carnival and festival costume; fashion garment embellishment — applying rhinestone patterns to jeans, t-shirts, and accessories; and folk and theatrical costume. For pressure-sensitive self-adhesive rhinestones that require no heat, Bijuland stocks adhesive beads. Bijuland ships from Plovdiv, Bulgaria and supplies costume makers, dancewear producers, folk costume suppliers, and craft supply resellers across Bulgaria and Europe.
